Grab a seat along Osgoode Main Street and wait for the big guy’s arrival in the second annual Osgoode Parade of Lights. During the parade Santa’s helpers will collect “Letters to Santa” and drop them off at Canada Post on behalf of all the boys and girls in the village. Don’t forget to bring your canned goods for the “Fill a Truck Challenge“. Frosty the Snowman will be there ready as ever and Stay Puff Marshmallow Ghostbusters will also be joining in the parade. The Parade starts at Nixon Rd. and Osgoode Main and ends in the Foodland parking lot. Contact: Brian Warren to enter a float and lets all light up the village!!
Join Trinity Bible Church for Bethlehem Live. Become a member of a family travelling to Bethlehem. Meet the Wise Men and the Shepherds, but beware of those nasty Roman Guards! Dress warmly as your guided journey begins outside and finishes in the peace of a Shepard’s manger. This live nativity presentation is free for all! Donations are always graciously accepted. Hosted at the Trinity Bible Church on 4101 Stagecoach Road, Friday December 1st between 6:00 and 8:00 pm and Saturday December 2nd between 5:00 and 8:00 pm so hope to see you all there!

Skip the malls and have your children get their photo taken with Santa right in Village of Osgoode! Celebrate the festive spirit and join the Osgoode Co-operative Nursery School on Saturday December 2nd for their 25th annual Breakfast with Santa presented by our local Scotiabank branch. The yearly event takes place from 7 to 11 am upstairs at the Osgoode Community Centre. We welcome you all out to enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast with your family and meet Jolly Old Saint Nick!
Following the breakfast a number of afternoon activities are taking place.

We are excited to be offering a selection of local vendors to help you complete your Christmas shopping. A little something for everyone. This event is free to attend and is a great way to buy those last-minute Christmas gifts!

Osgoode Veterinary Services is running their annual Christmas Food Drive taking place from the first week of November until December 23rd. Donations of non perishable items and as well Dog and Cat food is also welcomed. Purina or Medi Cal/Royal Canin will match purchases for donation so please give what you can. All food will be going to the Ottawa Food Bank.
Cooper Physiotherapy will be collecting Turkey Bucks from Foodland and they will be donated to the Osgoode Food Cupboard.
