The Osgoode Co-operative Nursery School is celebrating it's 25th Anniversary!
Started at the Osgoode Public School, parents had the idea while at the Osgoode playgroup because if you wanted to send your child to nursery school it was in North Gower or surrounding areas. They thought Osgoode needed its own Nursery School. The inspector approved the school site and they had a big fundraising auction in the basement of St. James United Church. They bought equipment from the Ottawa Board of Education and parents made things for the school to start up.
