 | Tools 4 School program - Monday, July 19, 2010 The Tools 4 School program was developed in the spring of 2000 by young people at Child and Youth Friendly Ottawa (CAYFO), after local newspapers pointed out the need for school supplies for local school-aged kids. Since then CAYFO has been distributing more and more backpacks filled with new and gently used school supplies with the help of multiple agencies, like NROCRC. read more ...
