The duality of a Yang/Ying practices strives to create a balance between movement and stillness. The first half of class begins with an active, energizing flow of postures/stretches to strengthen and warm up the body and mind. The class concludes with low lying simple poses that are held for longer periods of time to stimulate connective tissues and cultivate a non-reactivity and stillness of mind

Gentle Yoga

This form of yoga aims to integrate the breath and gentle movements to help alleviate body stiffness, aches and pains, and relieve stress and tension. Great for anyone looking for a little R&R to start the week, back care-love, or stress reduction. Also, a perfect fit for those leading an active lifestyle and want to increase their energy levels, range of motion and flexibility
